These additional layers provide twice the absorption of traditional sponges. • Twice as absorbent as gauze, exodontia, or 4-ply nonwoven sponges • 8-ply construction provides thickness perfect for bite pressure • Maintains dry surface • Lint-free eliminates the need to remove loose threads • Autoclavable, leak proof dispensers available for 2"x2" and 4"x4" sizes, and come in two colors: blue and white • 2"x2" MultiPly™ sponges are also available in pre-sterilized SteriPocket®. These sponges are pre-packaged sterile sponges and are ideal to distribute to patients after extractions.
