The 90D dust collector and polishing unit is designed to provide heavy duty suction capacity for the laboratory or industrial manufacturer polishing 4-8 hours per day. Its dual-vac suction system is powered by a 1/2 HP, 1725 rpm, ball bearing, capacitor start suction motor. The 90D develops 1000 CFM (cubic feet/minute) [472m3/min.] at a low static pressure for quiet operation. All 90 Series polishing units contain three 12” x 32” x 2” filters [30cm x 81cm x 5cm] (2304 cubic inches) [37.8m3] to effectively entrap 3-5 micron dust particles from wet pumicing or dry tripoli/rouge polishing and metal grinding. The 90 series units are not designed to collect dust from dry plaster and stone trimming operations. The 90D is shipped without a polishing motor. Finished in a durable, baked coating.
