The FormSelector features a facial meter, which measures the patients interalar width and correlates to the appropriate sized BlueLine denture tooth. The fan style arrangement of the FormSelector presents the actual size of each maxillary anterior mould in order of width (Small, Medium, and Large), form (Soft and Bold), and length (Short to Long). This arrangement allows the dental professional to hold the cards to the patients face for easy reference, saving time and eliminating subjectivity.
