The Onset Sodium Bicarbonate has a three year shelf life from the date of Manufacturing. If purchasing Onset Sodium Bicarb [5251-952], you should also be purchasing Onset Cartridge Connectors [5251-961]. These items compliment each other and should be used in conjunction with one another. Failing to change a the cartridge connector when replacing the Sodium Bicarb could damage your mixing pen.
