STELLAR™ DC Acrylic can be tack light cured in 5 seconds for fast build up, fully light cured in 20 seconds, or will cure on its own in 60 seconds. It provides the fastest production time of any pattern resin and acrylic, burns out completely, has no polymerization heat during cure, and leaves no residue. The material can be layered, reproduces detail accurately and grinds easily. A new technique allows it to repair cracked or damaged dentures in minutes. STELLAR™ DC Acrylic is a dual cure pattern resin and great for creating verification indexes, transfer and insertion guides for implants; pick-up impression copings; abutment seating jigs; connecting or fixing single implants parts for soldering and welding; and creating structure models of implant components.
