(1) Articulating Film Canister of 280 pre-cut strips Used to initiate dental soft-tissue diode laser tips. Carbonization of the laser tip partially prevents laser energy from exiting the fiber, stopping the laser energy from being scattered and transmitted through the soft-tissue (biostimulation). This turns the fiber optic into a hot glass rod that is primed to ablate or cut the soft-tissue that it directly contacts with. Use brush like stroke of the tip until the tip is “blacked out”.
