Calibra is an XTS coated composite instrument which helps to provide the proper anatomical curvature to the dentin material layer of a restoration and leaves the ideal space for the final layer of enamel material. The Calibra “IN” point is used to define the dentinal skeleton. The Calibra “OUT” point helps to reduce the chances of excess composite material being placed during the final layer of the restoration.
