LuxaPrint Cast is a light-curing 3D printer resin used for the fabrication of residue-free burn-out molds such as denture frameworks, crowns and bridges, significantly simplifying the production process. The exceptionally fine surface and high dimensional stability of LuxaPrint molds ensures distortion-free embedding and provide the prerequisite for a highly precise fit of cast objects. With LuxaPrint Cast, cracks are a thing of the past. It is intended for use with DLP/SLA printers that work at a wavelength of 385 or 405 nm. Select material according to the wavelength used by the printer. Devices with pre-defined material parameters are recommended: e.g. DMG 3Demax/DMG 3Delite (DMG), D30/D20+/D20+ cartridge/D10+ capsule (Rapid Shape), P20+/P10+ capsule (Straumann). • Fine surface structure • Dimensionally stable • Easy to cast (no cracks)
