LuxaPrint Ortho Flex is a light-curing 3D printing resin that is used for the production of precise flexible splints like bleaching trays, and indirect bonding trays. The versatile and biocompatible resin possesses optimal elasticity, dimensional stability and is highly tear resistant ensuring that the bleaching agent remains in place. Indicated for the production of flexible splints. It is intended for DLP/SLA printers that work at wavelengths of 385 or 405 nm. Select material according to the wavelength used by the printer. Devices with pre-defined material parameters are recommended: e.g. DMG 3Demax/DMG 3Delite (DMG), D30/D20+/D20+ cartridge/D10+ (Rapid Shape), P20+/P10+ capsule (Straumann).
