Add 100 g of powder to 19 ml of water. 2. Allow powder to soak in water for 20 seconds. 3. Hand spatulate at 120 rpm for 60 seconds. Mechanical Mixing 1. Add 100 g of powder to 19 ml of water. 2. Allow powder to soak in water for 20 seconds. 3. Mechanically mix for 20 to 30 seconds at 400 rpm.
