Designed to minimize tissue damage, these periotomes feature durable, medical-grade, stainless steel blades that are designed to sever the dental ligament and gently raise the tooth from its socket. Designed with sharp tips that gently cut periodontal ligaments, preserving the surrounding gum. To minimize the risk of fracture, the tooth is dislocated only after a careful expansion of the alveolus using the precise movements that the ergonomic handle allows.
