These wax strips are made of soft tacky wax that can be easily shaped at room temperature. APPLICATIONS - This wax is used during dental impressions to create a protective layer for the gums, preventing scrapes or abrasion by adding a soft edge to the impression tray. Used for denture impressions to achieve more comfort for accurate results. EASY TO USE - This periphery wax is a soft and easily molded wax strip taht is flexible and adheres quickly to the castings. The wax is easily separated from the model and has no color-marking of the jaw margin, and does not require cutting down of the gypsum.
