This setup facilitates the removal of larger debris particles that could damage scaler and handpiece components by the Sediment Filter, thereby allowing the PureClarity filter to focus solely on eliminating harmful bacteria, pathogens, and contaminants.   “Shock then Protect” System Use the shock syringe with any commercially available shock solution to decontaminate your dental unit or associated waterlines, and then protect your decontaminated waterlines using the PureClarity filter. Both easily connectable to any dental unit waterline having, or easily outfitted with Luer Lock fittings.   Maintenance-Free PureClarity filters target biofilm-formation closer to the waterline’s end point, or point of use, than other systems.
