Light-cured radiopaque calcium hydroxide paste useful in pulp capping and as a protective base/liner under dental filling materials, cements & other base materials. • Direct and indirect pulp-capping (so both when the pulp is exposed or nearly exposed, and when deep caries is near pulp but not exposed). • Use as a protective base/liner beneath restorative materials (composite, amalgam, other cement/filling materials) in deep cavities where the pulp needs protection and thermal/acid/etch barrier. • Acid protection when applying etch technique. • Single-component (ready-to-use) and light-curing • Curing time: 30-40 sec • Highly filled for good mechanical strength- flexural strength: 80MPa • Radiopaque, so it will show under radiographs • Low solubility in oral fluids (important for durability) • Acid-resistant, which makes it suitable beneath etched adhesive systems • Good adhesion to composites, enabling a reliable interface when using composite restorative material • Shelf-life of approximately 3 years Ingredients: Urethane Dimethacrylate(UDMA is a polymerizable resin monomer), Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Calcium Hydroxide, Radiopacifiers, Fillers, Curing Agents and Stabilizers.
