Primeprint Gingiva Starter Kit is a bundle of Primeprint Gingiva resin - the Light-curing resin for the manufacturing of dental gingiva masks - and two Washing Containers 2.0. Primeprint Solution enables the user to print a variety of indications with accurate and reproducible results. To print gingiva masks, Dentsply Sirona provides the dedicated, color-coded material “Primeprint Gingiva”. It is a light-curing formulation in a cartridge. The cartridge can be easily paired with the Material Unit without direct contact to resin. Thanks to RFID tags on the cartridge and the Material Unit, Primeprint detects the Material Unit and controls the lifetime of the material. This intelligent material handling concept was developed for safe and clean usage throughout the complete manufacturing process. For the washing cycles of Primeprint Gingiva resin in Primeprint PPU, two Washing Containers 2.0 for 2.5l of cleaning liquid (e.g. isopropanol) are required. Each print material has two washing containers assigned thanks to RFID technology. Primeprint PPU automatically detects the washing containers and their fill levels so that the user can be informed about required replacements.
