Young® PerioDT™ is a professionally applied sulfonated phenolic gel or liquid desinged for the adjunctive chemical debridement of oral tissues and implant or prosthetic surfaces. Through rapid, targeted desiccation, PerioDT draws water electrostatically from pathogenic biofilm, denaturing the biofilm matrix and facilitation physical removal of biofilm and nectrotic tissue. It integrates directly into your existing scaling and root planing or peri-implant maintenance protocols with minial chair time. The product is topically applied through a standard luer lock syringe. Contains 10-pack of 10, single-use syringes filled with 0.5mL of PerioDT Gel or Liquid, 10 application tips and instructions for use.
